The plastic egg tray is a longer lasting and more secure storage tray than our pulp 1x30 egg flats, also known as 'filler flats'. The durable plastic construction allows eggs to be placed in trays immediately after washing for stacking and drying. No more worries about the pulp trays collapsing when they get wet! The tray includes locator points on the peaks which fit into the receptacles on the underneath of the next tray to be placed on top - securely locking them together to avoid costly mistakes. Due to their dimensions being very similar to our pulp egg flats, these trays can be stacked inside our card 30-dozen egg boxes for convenient transportation from the farm to egg washing, or farm to customer.
