The chick drinker has a water capacity of 25 oz. Great for chicks in the beginning days of sugary water, vitamins and antibiotics. The narrow drinking space prevents small chicks such as quail, partridge or pheasant from getting wet and/or drowning. The transparent cup makes it easy to monitor the water level for refilling, and the locking cup mechanism prevents tipping. The base is specially designed to fit neatly into a corner, with reduced drinking space to prevent chicks from accessing the corner-facing side. Typically used in our Hatching Time chick brooders, one bottle to a maximum of 50 day old chicks. Can also be used for small ornamental birds in cages or aviaries!
